Hi all!

We are currently in the process of taking the CADDS survey provided by the Re:Vitality group from our very own Lutheran Church Missouri Synod to get a “snapshot” of our congregation now, what our goals are for the future, and how we can take the first steps towards those goals.

Some FAQs:

1.) If I don’t have an answer to the question, what do I do?

You can leave a question blank! I will not affect the final survey report.

2.) Is the survery anonymous?

Yes! It does not require your name for the online version and you do not need to label the envelope for the physical copy.

3.) If I don’t have the means to do it online, can I do a paper copy?

Yes! They will be provided throughout the testing period in large envelopes in the Narthex. Simply fill out the form, put it back in the envelope, seal it, and place it in the office mail box cabinet. They will then be hand-opened and entered manually by the office for controlled confidentiality.

4.) Can I share this with anyone?

Yes! Please share this survey with everyone that has either been a member, lived nearby, or have been blessed by Beautiful Savior!
