For our kids, we begin their faith formation and development in Sunday School, Offered each Sunday from September through May, our goal is to share the story of the Bible and increase their knowledge in the major moments in the story of salvation. All of this culminates each year at Easter time as kids learn all about what Jesus has done for them at the cross and the empty tomb and how He equips His church to share the beauty of His Gospel with the world.

Offered quarterly, our new member class is a 4-week course that teaches those new to Beautiful Savior about the history of our church and some of the core beliefs of Lutheran Christians. It is meant to serve as an introduction to the faith, and is in no way a complete discipleship journey; in fact, it is just the first step in your journey with your faith and our church.

Offered every Sunday in 2025 at 8:30am on the Book of Isaiah. We do not meet on Easter Sunday or the Sunday after Christmas.

A great starting point for diving deeper into faith is our Sunday Bible Study. We meet each week and go through a book of the Bible a chapter or two at a time. While this class is led by the pastor, it encourages discussion and conversation as we learn from one another. Each week we also open with a time of prayer as we pray for each other, as well, as for our congregation, the church, the world, and friends and family.

Offered every Monday from September through May at 12:00pm in the Fellowship Hall.

Join the women of the church for an overview of “The Men of the Bible.” Each week they learn about a different Biblical figure. Led by Sandra Wardwell and our LWML. This is a great way for women of the church to dive deeper into the stories at the center of our faith.

Offered the 2^nd and 4^th Mondays of the month at 7:00pm.

While open to all members of Beautiful Savior, this class is offered especially for those who work during the week and can’t attend weekday Bible studies offered at noon. We are studying the book of Genesis as we remember the stories that set God’s beautiful plan of salvation into motion.

1^st and 3^rd Thursdays of the month at our daughter church, Gethsemane

Seniors of Beautiful Savior are encouraged to get involved in our Lutheran SAM group which meets for a time of food and faith formation. The 1^st Thursdays is a Bible study meeting, and the 3^rd Thursday features a guest speaker. Holiday potluck meals and daytime outings offer additional opportunities for our senior Christian friends to enjoy time together.

For 7^th and 8^th graders. Classes meet from September to May and can be scheduled with the Pastor.

Our Confirmation model takes the 7^th grade year to dive into the story of Scripture and teach the overarching themes of the Bible. Then in Year 2. Our 8^th graders learn all about the core teachings of our church. This leads to confirmation Sunday when our confirmands receive communion for the first time.
